Counselling typically involves 8-12 sessions, tailored to your needs. Every session offers a secure, private space to delve into your thoughts and feelings. Please be aware that counselling with an ASCHP-registered counsellor is considered a private service and is not covered by medical aid reimbursements.
R500 per session (1 hour).
R750 per session (1 hour and 30 minute).
